The programme is financed under the Civil Society Facility (CSF 2017), implemented by the European Union to strengthen civil society in the candidate countries. The 3 year programme, which started in January 2019, aims to contribute to the development of civil society&#8217;s monitoring capacity.<\/p>\r\n<h1>HELP DESK<\/h1>\r\n<p>Etkiniz EU Programme&#8217;s help desk is open every weekday between 13:30 and 16:30.
