{"id":631,"date":"2020-09-13T15:30:00","date_gmt":"2020-09-13T12:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/etkiniz.eu\/english\/?p=631"},"modified":"2025-07-11T14:36:52","modified_gmt":"2025-07-11T11:36:52","slug":"no-to-sexual-harrasment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/etkiniz.eu\/english\/no-to-sexual-harrasment\/","title":{"rendered":"Etkiniz \u201cNo to Sexual Harassment!\u201d Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style>\n<p><strong>See below for the text of the Etkiniz EU Programme\u2019s \u201cNo to Sexual Harassment Policy\u201d, which it applies as a principle in the implementation process of the support it provides and in its own work:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ETK\u0130N\u0130Z EU Support Programme abides in its work by the principle of combating and showing zero tolerance to sexual harassment and sexual abuse in the framework of the human rights law to which Turkey is party and the European Parliament resolution of October 26th 2017 (C 346\/196).<br>Occurrences of and court cases on sexual harassment at the workplace, which include civil society organisations, should be approached with zero tolerance with the aim of ending sexual harassment and abuse by both the organisations and funding agencies.<br>All forms of sexual violence and physical or psychological harassment constitute a violation of fundamental human rights and crimes that must be punished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As ETK\u0130N\u0130Z, we:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Condemn all forms of sexual violence and physical or psychological harassment!<\/li><li>Insist that the existing legal framework on sexual harassment and abuse be enforced effectively!<\/li><li>Urge civil society organisations to take greater measures in their management and work to effectively end sexual harassment!<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Click for the text of ETK\u0130N\u0130Z \u201cNo to Sexual Harassment Policy\u201d, which it applies as a principle in the implementation process Etkiniz supports.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[6],"tags":[35,37,34,36],"class_list":["post-631","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-duyurular","tag-etkiniz-policy","tag-gender","tag-no-to-sexual-harrasment","tag-policy-document"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
