ETKİNİZ EU Programme is now open to requests for support. ETKİNİZ offers support to CSOs for their rights-based monitoring and advocacy activities in the field of environmental rights and climate justice.
The thematic call for environmental rights and climate justice includes activity, mobility, mentor, and demand-driven training support for rights-based monitoring and advocacy work by civil society actors aiming to transform environmental policies and mobilise accountability channels in Türkiye.
Environmental rights and climate justice share a common denominator with many areas of human rights. The upcoming 31st Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP31) has once again brought this common denominator to the agenda of states and civil society as a timely reminder.
You can request thematic support from ETKİNİZ for your monitoring and advocacy activities on environmental rights and climate justice. Furthermore, you can also receive support for the work you will carry out within this scope before, during, or after COP31, which will be held in Antalya on November 9–20, 2026.
